3S has four plans, priced per company in euros, excluding VAT: Starter EUR 90, Pro EUR 150 and Business EUR 240 a month, for 5, 10 and 20 user accounts; Enterprise from EUR 800 a month. Every customer starts with a free 14-day pilot.

Onboarding fee: EUR 6 per 1,000 pages imported, once. It covers the archive you bring in when you start; pages you import during the free 14-day pilot are included in it when you move to a paid plan.

Prices exclude VAT; where VAT applies, it is added to the invoice.
Per company. Each allowance is shared by all the user accounts of your organization; it is not counted per person.
On the 1st of each calendar month. Allowances you do not use are not carried over. Storage is not monthly: it is the space your documents take up, and deleted documents count toward it while they stay in the trash, for up to 30 days.
3S shows a warning in the app when you reach 80% of a limit. At the limit, AI answers stop until the next month or until you buy an add-on, and your documents stay accessible. When storage is full, new uploads stop until you free up space or add storage; the documents already stored stay as they are. Downloads stop until the next month or until you buy an add-on. Scans beyond the OCR allowance are not lost: they are stored, and their text is recognized at the start of the next month. We never delete data when a limit is reached.
A one-time fee for the archive you bring into 3S when you start: EUR 6 per 1,000 pages imported, once, excluding VAT. It covers text recognition, indexing for search and type tags for those pages. Pages you import during the free 14-day pilot are included in it when you move to a paid plan; if you do not continue after the pilot, you pay nothing.
